Initial Coaching Conversation

1. Begin with a 60-minute personalized coaching session to identify and decide the educational outcomes in terms of Knowledge-skills-values required by learners
2. During this session, we analyze the context and audience you are working with to create a customized learning plan tailored to your unique needs.

Learning Process

• After the initial coaching, the learning process takes two forms:
  1. Live Sessions: Engage in 2-hour, bi-weekly live Q&A sessions, where you can receive real-time support, feedback, and answers to your pressing questions.
  2. On-Demand Learning: Access asynchronous learning materials, including our expansive on-demand resource library, available 24/7, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

Support Systems

1. Teacher Community: Join a vibrant teacher support group, hosted on Telegram, where educators can collaborate, share insights, and continue learning.
2. Institutional Implementation Support: For those leading or involved in schools, receive institutional support to implement the training effectively within your educational structure.

Annual Retreats

1. Participate in an annual family retreat held at Bhaktivedanta Gurukula, Urulikanchan, Pune, which spans 1st three days of Kartik month (Oct- Nov), fostering immersive learning and personal growth.
